You choose Black, and within a flash you find yourself Space Ship. You look in the mirror and see that you became Shepard. To you every one looks human but for those who look at the PC they see this.
Enjoy living the events of Mass Effect games for ever. But hey with each new game you start to forget who you were before this till you became Shepard both physically and mentally.
